Brian graduated Cum Laude from the University of San Diego School of Law. During law school, Brian gained experience as a law clerk at the Legal Aid Society of San Diego, Disability Rights California, and the San Diego County Public Defender's office. Brian also participated in the University of San Diego's appellate clinic, representing a .
Prior to joining JW Howard/Attorneys, LTD., Brian worked at a consumer law firm, where he gained substantial experience litigating various consumer issues, class actions, and employment and labor law cases.
Brian has received the Legal Aid Society of San Diego’s Outstanding Service Award on multiple occasions, recognizing excellent pro bono legal services to clients in the San Diego community.
