Her responsibilities include long-range planning, growth strategy, partner compensation, and oversight of the firm’s business and operational affairs. She works closely with firm leadership to improve financial discipline, operational clarity, and organizational stability.
Splitting her time between Virginia and California, Kristin enjoys interior design, painting, and staying active. She lives in Virginia Beach with her two daughters and their three dachshunds.
